If you're curious about what we do at Seawinds Horse Archers, consider coming to one of our Try-It-Out workshops this winter!  No prior archery or riding experience is required. 

You will learn about the sport and martial arts system of modern horseback archery, witness some up-close fast-shooting demos, and be introduced to the first steps of the unique traditional archery method while you learn to shoot the bow. 

The workshop is inside our lightly heated training space, but dress warmly as we go outside to meet the archery horses.
 
Equipment is provided, but we keep bows and arrows on hand if you wish to purchase your own.

The Try-It-Out workshops are 2-hour small group sessions booked throughout the day (4 time slots, 8-10 am, 10 am-noon, 1-3 pm, and 3-5 pm), once a month on a Sunday at Seawinds (8 Old Baxter's Mill Rd, Canning NS).

Cost is $34.50 per individual or $69 per family or small group up to 6, due at registration by e-transfer sent to lance@wildmountain.ca.
