Our fastest progress is made when we have access to solid feedback and direction during our training journey. Sometimes new eyes see something we cant see ourselves.

Keeping the intervals short for this feedback keeps us at the frontlines and our inspiration strong. Forwarding a list of questions and/or a video taken during training or competition and submit them to Lance in advance letting him know if you'd prefer written feedback or a video call session is an efficient way to do just that.
